When it is received your date is confirmed. In the unlikely event you have to cancel a trip, you must contact Tiverton Charters 14 days prior to departure to receive a new departure date. If not, your deposit of $250.00 will be forfeited or applied to another trip in the future. Final payment, in full, is to be made on or before departure time. At departure time, cash or credit cards are the only method acceptable. Personal and company checks are welcome, but must be sent 7 days prior to departure date. Our vessels are under U.S.C.G. regulations and a no tolerance drug program is in effect. Violators of these regulations will be prosecuted as per U.S.C.G. As your host, we ask your cooperation in the consumption of alcohol to be limited to beer or wine only for your safety as well as that of your Captain and crew.
